2025 Coaching Staff

New to Alberta, Coach Sakura is eager to make his mark on the province’s dodgeball scene as the head coach of the women’s team, bringing with him a proven track record of success as the assistant coach of the gold medal–winning Women’s Foam team in 2024.

After a highly successful first season as the assistant coach of Requiem—who finished in the top tier during their debut at Club Championships—Kristopher is ready to bring his passion for coaching and analytics to the Team Alberta Women’s program.

With prior experience as the assistant coach of Team Canada’s Men’s Foam program in 2022 and the coach of Saiyan Elite DC, we’re excited to welcome Ian from Ontario to our Men’s program, where he’ll bring valuable insight and a deeper understanding of competitive dodgeball.

With over eight years of competitive dodgeball experience—including multiple appearances at Canadian Nationals and Club Championships—Grant brings a wealth of knowledge, along with a BSc in Kinesiology that will be instrumental in developing the athleticism of the men’s players.

With experience representing both Team Canada and Team USA, newcomer to Alberta Cody Foley is set to add 'coach' to his resume, bringing over 15 years of dodgeball experience to the role.
