Grant Freeman

Hey!

My name is Grant Freeman and I'm excited to be the assistant coach for our competitive men's team! My background is in athletics with a BSc in Kinesiology & I am eager to apply all of my experience and knowledge to helping players develop their skills.

Growing up, dodgeball was always my favorite day in gym class, a time when things were far more simple. Competitive dodgeball has given me an environment to experience the same simplicity as an adult where my only care is the game happening on the court and the rest of life's stresses fade away. 

I have been the assistant coach for Aurora and part of the Cannoneers coaching committee; my vision for the program is to aid in the growth of the competitive community and to foster passion and presence during play. I believe Alberta has what it takes to perform at a high level and I am grateful for this opportunity to be a part of the program.
